I love how family-friendly, peaceful, accessible is the hotel; it's been our first time visiting Ohio. I want to thank Fran for her help at the counter service. The room service was amazing. And I want to give a special thanks from the bottom of my heart to Parry! She was very hospitable. Her recommendations were very helpful. I will never forget the blessing that she became for me and my family. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.

The facility was quite large and very clean. There was a refrigerator (no freezer) and other comforts. The layout of the room included a small sitting area with comfy chair. There was an indoor pool and it was open until 10pm. The desk staff was very nice, if a little hard to understand in English. The bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast (make your own waffles) was so good! The pool was nice (saltwater and heated!) The beds were standard and comfy and the shower head was good - decent pressure. The Mexican restaurant right beside the hotel was also delicious!
